Refunds will be processed if we receive items in original/unopened condition with the receipt. You can return items within 7 days of the purchase. Any products over $1000 will not be returned/refunded if changed mind. No Returns or refund if you have bought the wrong product, so please do call us and discuss your requirement so we can guide you to the right direction.
To return your product, you should send the product to us at Unit 8, 7 Fraser Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once accepted refunds will be processed within 7 Days
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending items back for a refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we will not be responsible for the lost parcel. If we receive Returned Product Damaged which may have happened via post company, we are not responsible and a refund will not be issued.
All our prices are in New Zealand Dollar (NZD) and GST exclusive. We do not ship internationally.
